2026 Fall Community Yard Sale

🍂🛍️ THE COMMUNITY YARD SALE IS BACK THIS FALL! 🛍️🍂 We’re getting ready to PACK the Dillard School parking lot with sellers, shoppers, bargains and treasures!

It’s the perfect excuse to finally clean out the garage, closets and storage shed. Bring out the tools, furniture, clothes, toys, collectibles, household goods and all those things you’ve been saying, “I really need to get rid of that.” 😂 🍅 And there’s more! The Community Yard Sale is happening alongside the FINAL Dillard Farmers Market of the 2026 season! Come treasure hunt while enjoying one last chance to shop your favorite local farmers, makers and vendors before we wrap up another great market season. 📅 Saturday, October 3, 2026 ⏰ 8 AM – 2 PM 📍 Dillard School Parking Lot ❓ YARD SALE FAQs How do I register? Complete the registration form using the link at the bottom of this page to reserve your space. When is the registration deadline? Registration closes Sunday, September 27, 2026, or when all available spaces are filled, whichever comes first. What does it cost to participate? Registration is $25 for two parking spaces. If you participate in the event, $20 will be refunded at the end of the day once your space has been completely cleared and nothing is left behind. How much space do I get? Each registration includes two parking spaces. When can I set up? Set-up begins at 7 AM. Please check in when you arrive and we’ll direct you to your space. What should I bring? Bring your items to sell along with tables, chairs, a properly secured tent if desired, and anything else you’ll need for your setup. We also recommend bringing small change and/or having a payment app ready for buyers. ❓ QUESTIONS?
