REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy applies to all payments made through the website of the Wilton Community Center Non-Profit (“we,” “us,” or “our”), located in Wilton, California.
Event Booth Fees and Registrations
All events hosted by the Wilton Community Center Non-Profit are held rain or shine. As such, we do not offer refunds due to inclement weather or personal scheduling conflicts.
All booth fees, vendor fees, registration fees, and related payments are considered final and non-refundable unless the event is canceled in its entirety by the Wilton Community Center Non-Profit.
In the rare event that an event is canceled by us, registered participants will be offered the option of a full refund or the opportunity to transfer their payment to a future event.
Donations
All donations made to the Wilton Community Center Non-Profit are non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction, and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
Ticketed Events
If a ticketed event is canceled by the Wilton Community Center Non-Profit, ticket holders will receive a full refund. No refunds will be given for no-shows or for attendees who leave early.
