Welcome to our 5th Annual Dillard Store Community Appreciation and Vendor Fair!

 

Date: Saturday May 16, 2026

Time: 11am - 3pm  ** Note time change from previous years **

Location:  9717 Colony Rd. Wilton, CA. 95693 (Wilton Community Center/Dillard School Elementary)

  • Spaces are limited and will be assigned on a first come first served basis.
  • Your completed application and payment are both required to secure your space.
  • Deadline to submit your application is Friday 5.8.26 or until spaces are full.

 

  1. Spaces $40 for a 10x10 space - For a 10x20 space, add 2 items to your cart before checking out.
  2. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables and chairs.
  3. There is no power available.
  4. No garage/yard sale items.     
  5. Load in is from 7:00am to 10:00am.  You will need to unload, park in the vendor parking area and return to set up.  If you arrive after 10am, you will not be able to pull in to unload, you will need to cart your items from the parking lot around to the vendor area.  
  6. Please do not start breaking down until after 3:00pm.

 

*  Due to insurance requirements, no alcoholic beverages or cannabis are allowed on the premises during this event.

*  All proceeds benefit the Wilton Community Center Non-Profit for future community events as well as other local charities.
